What does Commercial Intent mean?
Commerical Intent just refers to how likely the search was made by someone ready to buy something vs. someone just looking for information about something. For example, someone who asks "where can I buy a blue iphone case" is more likely to be a buyer than someone who just types in "what is an ipod".
Can I search more than one topic at a time?
Yes, you can search more than one topic at a time by clicking the "+" icon in the search bar. You can enter a list of topics to search and each one will then be used to find additional questions.
Why is QuestionSpy taking a long time?
The optimal request delay time we have found is 500 miliseconds. But even with this small delay, QuetionSpy Drill Deeper and Total Discovery will still take time because it is querying for thousands of questions to get the most relevant data. You can minimize QuestionSpy and let it run in the background while you work on other tasks.
How can I find my old questions?
Clicking on the Archive menu item, you can search in the Positive Match area to find any questions you have discovered already with QuestionSpy.
