Finding Commerical Intent Keywords Fast...
In 2017, I needed to buy a new microphone.
My old one just bit the dust.
So I walked into the local electronics store here in town.
A few minutes later, Oscar comes over to me with a cup of coffee in his hand.
That was a little odd for an electronics store, but anyway...
Oscar was calm, not pushy. (Must have been the coffee.)
"Do you have a question?"...
"Yeah, I do actually." I said. "What's the frequency response on this microphone?"
"Hmm..."
Oscar didn't know.
(Reminds me of that funny Radio Shack jab: "You've got questions, so do we...")
What he did next though, was perfect.
He put his coffee down and said, "Let me open the package for you and see what's inside."
(Tip: Brainstorm every obstacle to the sale, then remove it. Avoid future obstacles by paying attention to past questions about your product, service, or topic.)
Unfortunately, Oscar didn't sell the headset I needed.
So, guess what I did.
I went online and Googled...
"Where can I buy a Sennheiser G4ME ONE headset"
Now, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that I was ready to buy when I Googled that keyword.
Compare that to a search for, "headset microphone".
Think about that.
I've already done my initial research, I've talked to Oscar, and I'm ready to place my order online.
Now I'm just asking Google where I can go to type in my debit card number.
With me?
Now, here's the big takeaway...
Buy clicks using these commercial intent questions as exact match keywords.
Or target them with SEO...
Or do both. :)
To get started, just search Google for buyer questions related to your market.
"where can I buy xyz..." "where can I purchase xyz..." "where to get xyz..." "how to buy xyz..." "who sells xyz..." etc.
Go deep.
Get inside their head.
Then copy down those search suggestions and bid directly on those buyer questions.
If you want to speed this up, check out QuestionSpy.
It takes about 88 seconds to get a big list of buyer keywords, or run it longer and get them all.
This method is super easy to implement.
And it's the fastest way to boost your sales...
Because you know these are buyers, not tire kickers.
